Happy LSI weekend!

Today's schedule has changed some to accommodate our intermediate schools who were not able to perform last night. Rosemont MS is unable to attend, so the afternoon times for middle schools are slightly different as well. We are also starting a little later on Saturday morning since the two Lexington HS ensembles are now (sadly) unable to attend.

If you are coming today, please keep in mind that CHS dismissal time is 4 pm. Between 4 and 4:30, traffic can get a little crazy so you may want to arrange arrival outside of that time change. If your buses are remaining on campus or parents are trying to find a spot, they can park near the tennis courts until our parking lots empty.

The student entrance is on the west side of the building

Also, until school is over, we will use the main entrance to the AUDITORIUM for audience members. After our students clear out, the cafeteria entrance will be the only entrance to the competition. That entrance is at the end of our courtyard on the south facing side of the building. PLEASE make sure your parents know we will not use the main (front) entrance to the building at any time this weekend. There is a drive that runs between Park Vista Blvd/Ray White Road (where there is now a stop light!!) and Kroger Drive/Heritage Trace Parkway.

The entrance for performers and equipment load in is at the end of the drive immediately west of the auditorium. The drive for this entrance is between two portable buildings and the dumpsters. There will be parents directing traffic and guiding you to that entrance. Your student hosts will meet you there and leading you to your homeroom. Please, please remind your students it is important to respect classrooms and the teachers who have loaned them to us. No food, drinks, or hairspray may be used in classrooms to insure this.

Tickets purchased in advance for Thursday night will be honored all day Friday. Please note that directors and performers are the only people who will be admitted without a ticket. Chaperones must purchase a ticket.

If you have other questions, please feel free to email me. If it is a pressing issue, please text or call my cell phone.

We're excited to welcome you all!!
